Nahai, who joined AccorHotels in 2015 after a 16-year career at Bain & Company, says that his position is a testament to the belief that AccorHotels has in food and beverage, and to the huge investment that they’re making in the sector: It’s the first time a hotel group has had a global head of F&B who sits on the executive committee!
